Three layer chi chi dango (coconut milk mochi) full recipe is on the blog. I make this pretty much every year 😊 It only takes mochiko, sugar, coconut milk, water, and food dye. It’s gluten free, vegan, and perfect for spring 🌸🌼🌸 I’ve been toying with the amount of water to use as it seems whether you use organic coconut milk or not can change how much liquid you need, but I think either way it turns out okay. No one really objects to mochi being more squishy right? #chichidango #mochimochi #

🍡Comment RECIPE and I’ll send it right over🍡 . Mochi Series Day 3: Chi Chi Dango 🍡✨ Soft, chewy, and the kind of treat that instantly brings back childhood memories. If you grew up in Hawaiʻi, you know chi chi dango was always the star at potlucks, obon, and school parties. . This recipe is simple, nostalgic, and honestly… dangerous because you’ll want to eat the whole tray 😅 . Stick around as I take you through all my favorite mochi recipes 💕 .
